Add a way to capture URL in Safari

Reminds me of the clipper/global command bar in things 3 It would be amazing to have this feature parity.

I would like this as a general feature on iOS Share. When I'm reading (in RSS reader) for example, I'd like to hit the Share button, and send the highlighted snippet to Noteplan, but also send the URL with it.

If what you have in mind is a clipper like Evernote, or even simpler, I'd very much like this.
