Add ability to open note in default app

Currently there are options to show a note in the finder or sidebar, but an additional option to open file using the OS default app (whatever app would open by double-clicking in Finder). Sometimes nice to be able to edit native markdown without changing preferences. Alternative/addition would command/menu item to temporarily turn off markdown rendering.
