"All Tasks" review filter edits are not saved
Editing the All Tasks review filter to sort Past to Future doesn't stick, and I can't see any way to save it.
Should I just save a new filter and remove the default one? Will it come back after an update?

Filters save automatically, I think what you run into is that tasks from Project Notes can‘t be sorted by date? If you scheduled a task from a Project Note, it will appear in the daily notes filter - which can be sorted by time. The project notes can’t be sorted by time, because all tasks belonging to a note are always shown in one „package“, so it can‘t take them apart and sort by time.
