Allow wikilinks for attachments/ images

Noteplan is somewhat inconsistent with the link formatting: while internal links are formatted as wikilinks, embedded images have to be formated as markdown links in order to work. This leads to a major incompatibility between Noteplan and Obsidian. If you set the link format in Obsidian to use Markdown links, images added in Obsidian will show correctly in Noteplan, but the benefits of wikilinking are no longer available in Obsidian and links to other notes created in Obsidian show as external links in Noteplan. On the other hand, if we set Obsidian to use wikilinks, it will use wikilinks also when embedding images (`![[note_attachments/image.png]]`) and Noteplan does not embed these images. Suggestion: make it so that Noteplan renders attachments, regardless of whether they are embedded via wikilinks or markdown links.
