Badge settings for iOS

As some of us have an old known bug with NotePlan showing today's tasks count in iOS badge without any ability to disable it (no notification settings present in system settings for NotePlan app), I thought maybe you would at least consider adding an app setting on **what number to show** on that badge: 1. Tasks from today's note. 2. Tasks from today's note and references. 3. Today & overdue. 4. Only overdue. 5. Do not display anything. This would make that iOS app badge so much more flexible to meet real-world people workflows 🙏

Agreed, and is inline with current psychology research related to reducing stress by reducing unimportant notifications from devices. NotePlan is currently the only app on my phone for which notifications mean "something I should get around to eventually" rather than "something actively overdue", which would be far preferable.

These options would be AWESOME now that I’m actively using SyncLines. If it’s really on today’s note (via SyncLines) then it’s actually targeted for today, otherwise it’s not really due today - I just want to be able to see it referenced today in case I have an opportunity to get to it. Making the badges align with this workflow would be great.
