changing a [[link]] by autocomplete becomes [[changed-link]]]]

small bug: sometimes I want to edit a [[link]], eg by adding a header. So I put the cursor at the end of the title right before the closing brackets and start typing [[link#]] which pulls up possible headers. When I see the correct one and hit return, I end up with [[link#header]]]], or any [[changed-link]]]].
