Choose to include all of the open tasks associated with an @mention or #hashtag in a note

I have a note for each of the people I support, where I keep our 1:1 agenda and the results thereof. it would be a big help if I could also have included there all of the open tasks that include @mentions of their name, or #hashtags of the projects they are on, so that these things fall to hand at the right time. Desired behavior: - here and there in various notes I write to-dos and tag them with @Alice - in the note where I keep my notes for talks with Alice (which might not be titles simply "Alice") I can insert a block that "follows" the @Alice tag - that block shows me any incomplete to-dos that contain the @Alice tag - I can complete those todos in their home note or in that block
