cmd+a should not select the main heading

When editing text in scratch notes (like 📥 Inbox), I like to sometimes delete all content. The ingrained way to do that is to hit cmd+a and then the delete key. Unfortunately, that also deletes the title, which is also the file name. It would be really neat to be able to use cmd+a and select everything but the first line, if the first line is a (level 1) heading.

or separate content and title in the rendered note (not in the file) - kind of the daily notes. then a CMD+A also can't select the title

Suggestion: first cmd+A should select everything *but* the note heading, and the second cmd+A would select everything including the heading. Or, expanding the idea a little bit more, we could have cmd+A work in stages: 1. First press selects everything under the current heading. 2. Second press expands it to the next level of heading. 3. And so on.
