Create note links from selection

Mobile: Select Text, tap the document link button, it creates the link and hides the keyboard so that it’s clickable. This is a fast, alternate link creation method to typing the text into search and scrolling to the bottom. — Alternatively, if you select text, the “hide keyboard caret” changes into the document icon. It should change color too in order to draw attention. The reason it should change is so that the button is in a predictable location improving speed (no sliding, Fitts law) (until the text is deselected, then it reverts)
