Don't count moved tasks in badge

Right now even tasks moved to another day are counted in the badge in the dock. It would be great to not count them as the badge should IMHO only inform about open actionable tasks and moved tasks are not actionable right now. At least having an option for this behavior would be great, doesn't have to be the default.
