Eduard Metzger: While aware of that tip, I just wish then standard “selection” behavior for normal text worked for links on iOS. For example if double tap on a word it would select it and I could long-press to get the magnifying glass to precisely place the character. Those would work for me much better than a dialog. The dialog seems antithetical to the lightweight style of markdown and NotePlan that we love!

Pan: Right, I couldn’t find the feature request, so changed the title of this request.
As Pan mentioned, you can “break” any part of the link (like the last bracket or any bracket for that matter) and then adapt the URL. Have changed the title to reflect the feature I wanted to build to make this easier.
