Extract video call links

In the meeting pane, extract video links for (zoom, meet, webex, etc) into its on sub section. So the link does not need to be found in the meeting description. All providers use fixed domains, so should be easy to do with a regex.

Bonus points: Extract meeting host, meeting id and password. This is more of a nice to have to round out the UI and isn't something most users need.
