Feature request: Synced Line support in MCP API

As MCP enables AI assistants to manage NotePlan notes programmatically, one critical missing capability is creating synced lines. Currently, the MCP tools can add, edit, and complete tasks — but can't create a synced copy of a task across two notes (e.g., surfacing a project task into a daily note with bidirectional completion).A create_synced_line action (or equivalent) that takes a source note + line reference and a target note + heading would make the MCP integration dramatically more useful for daily planning workflows, where project tasks need to show up in the day's plan without duplication.
