IOS shortcut for indenting bullets

This currently takes 3 clicks, but it would be great if the list indent option was in the standard menu on IOS.

Are you in the beta group, Joseph Rich? The most recent beta update introduced a new gesture to indent (on iOS and Mac) by dragging: https://twitter.com/NotePlanApp/status/1691914242046505174?s…

Stacey: No I wasn’t but I’ll try this out! It could also be useful if we had the option to swipe left or right when typing in a bullet to indent or outdent, or if the option bar above the iOS keyboard has an option where we could swipe left and get more options without opening the command menu (eg indent, outdent, delete).

Joseph Rich: The issue with the swiping gesture was that swiping moves between days (which is quite slick as is). So the solution was long hold and drag to indent/outdent. It works with bullet points, too. The thing I'm still finding a bit awkward is that you have to close the keyboard in order to drag. So, if you are typing a bullet, you can't indent that one until you close the keyboard which disturbs the flow a bit. It's not a big issue if there's one thing you want to indent, but it becomes an issue if you have a series of indented bullets. Since this is a brand new feature and not even in the public release yet, I'm sure Eduard Metzger is looking for any feedback and ideas you may have.

Stacey: Thank you for the thorough reply! It could be nice to select functionality for swiping on iOS, although I recognize this adds complexity and understand the drawbacks. Or perhaps a double-tap to the right of text for indent, but I know this currently selects the current word. I’ll try out the feature and give any feedback I think of. I really appreciate your help!

Stacey: I see that the list indent button was added to the iOS keyboard menu. This is very exciting news! Thank you so much for incorporating this feedback!
