is it possible to bring the iPad's super handy functions bar (attached) to the touch bar version MacBook Pro's touch bar?

Thanks for sharing this! To be honest, it's unlikely, because Apple has removed the touch bar in the 2022 models (and before?). So it seems this feature would also fade out slowly.
