Keep track of completion date
Sometimes when reviewing notes, especially in a meeting, it is helpful to know when I completed a thing.

You can turn on "Append completion date" in the preferences under "Todo". Is this what you are looking for? After that try checking off a todo and it appends a @done tag with date and time.
