Lock Past Notes | View Only Mode
Be able to lock notes to preserve time Stamp on files. It’s easy to ‘modify’ a record accidentally that was created previously disrupting it’s file’s time stamp.

Craig Pinegar: I assumed this would be a NotePlan-only feature, and one you would set in Preferences (“Lock notes after:”), with a default of “never.”

It may just been as simple as changing the text filed ‘canEdit’ Boolean to false or a return method that’s of a siumlar nature.
I have other markdown editing apps modifying the same iCloud files. I wonder whether this lock would be enforced by NotePlan only. If implemented, can this lock be switched off in settings?
