I would like to see the note preview in a small box when overing the link and being able to scroll it.

I recently tried Reflect app which has this feature and it makes backlinking much more powerful since you can backlink entities such as people / companies / clients etc and quickly see a preview containing key details (from the top of the linked note) right there without having to click through to another note and potentially distract yourself. Makes your notes function more like a personal Wikipedia (who also implemented this feature)
