Moving "open tasks to new date"

Please let the user decide (via settings) if the moved Tasks are added at the TOP or alternatively at he BOTTOM of the page. Use Case:- I already have scheduled things to that future date. currently the items are inserted on the TOP of the page, moving all preexisting content to the bottom. I would like to have it - configurable - the other way round (insert at bottom of page)
