multi-column notes

sometimes it's useful to have multiple columns in a note, eg for translations, when re-writing something into a new version, or just listing multiple items side by side … (please understand this is different from kanban: i'm requesting multiple columns inside a single note)

Did you try tables? This is essentially a table with multiple columns. Maybe without the borders being drawn. But you can try and see if a table would do the work?

no, a table is semantically a different thing and feels wrong for that (tried it on personal project and i'm not convinced myself, so it would be a tough sell for teams that i'm trying to bring off of notion) here's a screenshot of a team notion where we used a multi-column layout for translation. i hope this makes the use-case clearer
