Option-click arrows
It is one of my essential daily rituals to see today and tomorrow in split notes and transfer tasks as necessary. I normally do this by option-clicking tomorrow in the calendar. This is easy enough, but it involves thinking about the date and locating it correctly. It would be slightly more frictionless to be able to option-click the Next Day (or Previous Day) arrow. A tiny improvement, but neat and with no GUI downside that I can see. (Command -click too to open in new window?)

I like this idea. I'm always opening up adjacent days side-by-side in a similar way to what you describe. I hadn't thought about just pressing those arrow buttons, but I agree that an option-click on them would be nice and also be helpful in instances where you're keeping your calendar minimized to maximize horizontal space
