Option to put a note above folders. Manually. And have it stay there.
Ability to manually drag a note and have it stay above all folders. This is for important notes you want on top, or features that are missing from the program (like an Inbox).

While this is not manually, did you try this menu option? You can remove the check "sort folders above notes" and then folders and notes will be sorted all by the edit date or title, or creation date. The manually part sounds like a custom order or even like picking note favorites?
