Option to set Timeblock as Private on the calendar

I would like to have an option (it can be a global option) to set my timeblocks as "Private" on the calendar. Here is the situation, I use timeblocking to get tasks done in between meeting. I set these timeblock up on my work Exchange calendar. My calendar is set to allow my team mate to see the descriptions of my calendar items, but they don't need to see some of the personal tasks I might have timeblocked. Instead I'd like for them to just show that I'm busy (which is what the "Private" flag can do).
