I think an Electron wrapper could work but it's mainly about rolling out a suite of hotkeys for mouseless keyboard navigation, which never works in a web app. So Windows users who really value that feature are SOL. This is actually the primary reason I use Notion and Todoist. If I'm any guide I would think it's actually an incredibly salient feature for a sizable portion of users. A few other features I would suggest: - Google sign-in and sync (G-suite backbone, not Apple--too clunky, not enterprise-friendly) - (as mentioned but)...Notion-style keyboard shortcuts (e.g. full mouseless navigation) - Daily task rolling toggle (auto vs manual...I understand this feature was left out intentionally to introduce friction but I think it's worth layering in--those who want the friction can toggle this feature off) - Better calendar interface / full-screen calendar view - Todoist-style Inbox for quick task capture - Collapsible dropdown / toggle blocks (again, Notion-style syntax that proves very useful for condensing information, esp. when relying heavily on templates)
Yeah on reflection a wrapper's not gonna work, I think it has to be native.
Thanks for elaborating and the ideas. What makes you say it has to be native? Notion and Todoist are very likely wrappers, too or not?
Hey, I doubt it's easy. Why not use the web app? Or should we wrap the web app into a Window app (same experience, but in a different window)?
