Printing Options
1)print daily notes but with the calendar included on the same page so I have a full record of the day
2) print multiple daily notes as I like to keep a filed hard copy. Currently having to print individual pages is a waste of paper - would be great to be able to select multiple days and have them print after each other

Option 1) would be outstanding, but even option 2) would be excellent. Alternatively, being able to export all, or a range of daily notes to .rtf/.rtfd would also work. Could a plug-in make this happen?
