Prompts in Templates Modify the Template

Instead of just populating a value into a particular section based on the answer to a prompt, I'd love to use a prompt to modify the template itself. As an example: Prompt: "What focus mode are you going to be in today?" (High Focus, Medium Focus, Low Focus) If I select "High Focus", the template populates with a section called "One Thing to Focus On Today:". If I select "Medium Focus", the template populates with a section called "Three Things to Focus On Today:". If I select "Low Focus", the template populates with a section called "Five Things to Focus On Today:".
