Recognize HEX codes as colors instead of tags

Instead of creating tags for each color code (e.g. #ffffff), it would be nice if they were reconized as HEX color codes. Adding a small preview of the color like text editors do would be very nice!

You mean coding editors do that? Or which text editor do you mean?

Eduard Metzger: I mostly mean yes, like the text editors tend to do. Bear app shows is as shown in the screenshot. But more than necessarily _showing_ the color, it would be nice if they were recognized as not-a-tag.

I’d rather there was an option to use a verbatim #, maybe via configuration. I’m often referencing Github issues in text snippets and their format #123 doesn’t work well in Noteplan…

Not sure when exactly it changed but #123 isn’t a tag anymore and I love it 🙂
