Reference a hashtag in Daily Notes or Today view.

I'd love the ability to have a single view for what's due today as well as projects or tasks I'm working on, even if they aren't scheduled. For example, I have a hashtag for #in-progress for items I'm working on and would like to keep in front of me. Right now, I have to move each item that's #in-progress every single day to the following day. I'd love to have a single view where I can see both my #in-progress tasks and my due today tasks. This could be accomplished by maybe letting users create a reference section or modify the existing reference section.

This should now be possible using FILTERS. Create a filter using the #in-progress hashtag and open that in the right sidebar so that you can see your today view & #in-progress tasks in the same window. Please reply to reopen if this does not meet your needs.

I hear what you're saying, David Leszcynski. I think the Weekly/Monthly planning note, combined with a sidebar view, might solve this? It is what I'm looking for, at least :) Weekly planning: https://noteplan.canny.io/task-management/p/weekly-planning Multi pane view: https://noteplan.canny.io/navigation/p/split-multi-pane-view…

Stacey: Those would also be great. I'm not a true developer, but I'm hoping that the option I've proposed wouldn't be too big an ask since there's already a built in way of parsing through Project notes to find [[date]] and show it in References. All that would need to be added is a way to tell References to look for something other than [[Date]] and that'd be it.
