Reminders Automatically Scheduled for Midnight

As a user, when I drag all-day Apple Reminders to another day, it changes the day AND automatically adds in a due time of 12:00 AM. (ok, I'll admit one could argue this is a new feature, not a bug, but it seems like implied functionality)

Thanks so much! I've found it to be a super easy way to reschedule instead of clicking into the task and then adjusting the date. Thanks for responding personally :)
