search for a certain URL that is hidden inside Markdown

There is no way to search for a specific URL that is hidden inside Markdown - for example, if there is some [url](https://example.com/somepage), the search will not show anything if I enter '/somepage'. That is inconvenient because I'd expect to be able to hide some URLs with, for example, a task in Jira, but still be able to find all of URLs with a specific task id just by typing given task ID.

Better yet if there was a way to not shorten urls period.
