Select multiple notes for move/archiving/delete

There is presently no way to select more than one note in the sidebar, for moving across folders, or to trash or archive. This feature is desirable for managing larger sets of notes, especially when notes are bulk-imported into the top level folder. (Shift-click seems to be the most common way of selecting multiple list items on desktop). Drag action preferred, and/or right-click menu option to designate target location for move.

As a new user, I totally tried to select multiple notes/folders in the sidebar and was surprised it wasn't possible.

This feature is even more necessary when you do a bulk import of notes into Noteplan. When you perform an import you get a predefined folder and this is not ideal since you can't move files using a multi select.

4 years and this is still not implemented?

For organizing purposes this is a must have function. Workaround is to do it from the Finder but it should be available to select and move (multiple) notes from Noteplan

It has been 2 years. How long does it take to allow us to select multiple notes?

Yes, this would be a very nice addition. As it is, when I need to do a lot of note management, I just use the finder.

The option to create a folder from tags/mentions would be useful. As would the converse - add tags to the contents of a folder or arbitrary selection of notes.

ip: interesting - how would this folder get populated - copies of notes that have the tag? Or just empty to start? Sounds like something a plugin could do!
