Slow formatting menu open (NotePlan for macOS 3.10.1)

Whether any text is selected or not it can take a few seconds top open the formatting menu ("A" menu at upper right). I just timed it via a screen recording (can't upload here) and it took five seconds. Even a second or two is an eternity in UI responsiveness.

@Jon Plummer Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but it opens immediately for me: Are you doing something different? Maybe a restart clears up things?

Eduard Metzger This is happening again/still right after talking the 3.11 update. I think it has to do with the length of the note. For example on a note I use often with about 1065 lines it takes around 4s for the menu to appear regardless of what I have selected. It's near-instant on a daily note that has only 44 lines.
