slow typing and scrolling

Longer notes or notes with lots of markdown behave sluggishly, eg. a list of links. Typed letters appear in one-second intervals or letters are missed, and scrolling is slow. I'd vote for speeding this up, perhaps by an option that turns off rendering for selected features. I did not put this into bugs because I consider it to be a matter of allocating resources, not an actual bug.

Thanks for sharing this! You mean on iOS or Mac? And can you share the specs of your machine and OS?

Eduard Metzger: Two Macbooks i7 Mojave, >200 GB free on each SSD, one pro 16 GB, one air with 8 GB. On iOS I don't use the long lists but sometimes when the network is slow everything else freezes too.
