Snooze >today items until a given date

I'd like to be able to schedule a task for `>today` (repeat until completed), starting on some specified date. I think of this like the "snooze" feature in GMail: I'd like a task to popup on a given date and stay on my radar until I complete it. One convenient syntax would be `>today[>2023-10-15]` (to have the task pop into the `>today` list on October 15).

I think this could work for leaving work tasks as repeatable but snooze over the weekend
