Two‑Way Apple Calendar Sync for a Unified, Autonomous Planning Workflow

My workflow depends on having a single, intentional hub where planning, thinking, and doing stay tightly connected. NotePlan already plays that role beautifully for notes and tasks, but the current calendar integration is view‑only. To maintain creative sovereignty and avoid fragmentation across apps, I’d love to see full two‑way sync with Apple Calendar. What this would enable:• Edit Apple Calendar events directly inside NotePlanIncluding title, time, duration, location, notes, and attendees — without needing to jump out to another app.• Create events in NotePlan that appear as native Apple Calendar eventsSo scheduling from daily notes or time‑blocking becomes seamless across macOS and iOS.• Real‑time or near‑real‑time syncingEnsuring that changes made in either app remain consistent everywhere, including across devices. Why this matters for my workflow:• I rely on daily notes as the centre of gravity for planning and execution.• I value autonomy and minimal context‑switching, so switching apps to adjust an event breaks flow.• I use time‑blocking as a creative and strategic tool, and two‑way sync would let NotePlan become the single source of truth for both tasks and time.• Apple Calendar remains essential for system‑level integration, sharing, and device‑wide visibility — so keeping it in sync is non‑negotiable. Two‑way sync would allow NotePlan to fully embody its role as a unified planning environment while still respecting the broader Apple ecosystem.Thank you, and keep up the great work! I’ve been through countless task managers and PKMs over the years, and NotePlan is the only one I've found that really works for me.
