Unfinished tasks carry forward until complete if given a >date, like >today does
I wonder if regular dates like >2022-01-01 could carry forward until completed, like >today does?
This would be really nice, as I could schedule something for the future, like >2022-01-15, and it would appear in the references area beginning on 2022-01-15 and reappear until I take care of it. This would also reduce the need to check the Overdue Review.
Follow up from Discord: As in my example, say I know I need to start working on a thing on 2022-01-15. I can create a task with >2022-01-15 and it will show only for that day. If I don't finish, forget, etc. then the next day, it's lost to the ether again, unless I go searching for it. It would be nice if it would just pop back up in the references until I complete it.

I agree this would be great. I don’t always complete all tasks on time & the option to have them roll over to the current date would save a lot of time. I appreciate NotePlan deliberately doesn’t do this at the moment - maybe this should be a system-wide Option in Settings to cater for both choices
