Adding plugins through CloudKit rather than the Mac app would allow users who don't have a Mac, or replace their Mac with an iPad, to take full advantage of NotePlan's potential.

Oh you mean downloading plugins to iOS? Yes, right now the workaround for this is a bit tedious. You could technically download the plugins directly from [here](https://github.com/NotePlan/plugins/releases), then copy and unzip them in NotePlan's folder.
On iOS, you can find your notes by opening the "Files" app. Then navigate to "On my iPhone/iPad" and click on the "NotePlan" folder. If you can't see the folder, restart your device. There is also a folder "Plugins".
