Expand current URL scheme to allow specification of current day (today), next week, this/next month, quarter, or year (e.g., NextWeek, NextMonth, NextQuarter, ThisWeek, NextMonth, ThisQuarter).
[[Today]] -> links today note (not specified by date)
[[NextWeek]] -> links to the note for week after the current
[[ThisQuarter]] -> links to current quarter note
