When 'monthly' notes are enabled, CMD-ALT-4 should go to monthly note
As title says, when monthly notes are enabled instead of weekly notes, the shortcut for alt-cmd-4 (view -> show XXX note) should be 'monthly', not 'weekly'.
Currently the shortcut doesn't do anything because weekly notes are disabled.

It's implemented in the latest version, v3.9.8! Though it's a slightly different shortcut.
