Unnotified Conflicts in Sync, Calendar Notes (macOS)

When I have version conflicts, I get a notice in my iOS devices. Noteplan ideally would merge changes, but for now, just being notified is ok. At least I can review them and make sure there is no data loss.
However, I've never been prompted on the macOS version of Noteplan wrt conflicts. Just recently there were some major conflicts in my macOS version of a calendar note resulting in potentially going unnoticed. Luckily I was able to go into the revisions to recover the data.
Three requests:
1 - Ensure I get notified of version conflicts on the macOS version
2 - If there are conflicts, merge all conflicts in all notes smoothly
3 - Force realtime sync in such a way that there wouldn't be any conflicts in notes (assuming all my devices are online, which they almost always are). However, I know iCloud sync is flawed in this regard.
Thanks so much!

Thanks for sharing this, this is what should happen on Mac. You might have turned off conflict detection on Mac? There is a slight chance. Settings > Sync > Advanced.
You are using CloudKit, right? You can check that in the same settings window. Further, the conflict notification comes only if merging failed, and only on the device that receives the sync and has local un-synced changes.

Eduard Metzger Hi Eduard, the setting above is properly checked on my mac and my devices are using Cloudkit.
Maybe the conflict warning might only show up on my iOS devices (not my Mac) as that’s where the local unsynced files were, but that said i’ve never seen a warning message on my mac as of yet in the course of the last month i’ve been actively using noteplan.
So a bit of mystery.. i’ll be reformatting my mac in a couple of weeks for other reasons so hopefully that could also clear up any glitches with sync in Noteplan.
Two recent changes though which
could
have caused the disruption -- I did massively change the template I use for my calendar notes that day and did modify the apple shortcut I use to enter date into Noteplan that day as well -- so these changes might have disrupted that day's calendar note.In any event, i’ll continue to keep an eye on it.
Feel free to close the issue if you wish. Thanks for getting back.
