Using Teamspace calendars with Personal calendars
Chris Aves
I have a couple of suggestions for calendaring with Teamspaces:
- If I tap on the date when viewing a Teamspace calendar, I’m directed to today’s date in my calendar. I would expect to go to today’s date in the Teamspace calendar
- Is it possible to show Teamspace date entries (day, week, month) in the corresponding personal calendar entry? This allows me to see all my timed obligations in one go.

Hey, sorry for the late reply. The first point should be fixed in the latest beta (releasing soon), about the second one, I'm not entirely sure how this should look like. Just replicate all entries of the daily teamspace note into your private note as reference at the top (similar to how weekly notes are 'imported')?
Can you elaborate more about how you are using teamspaces? Is it within your family, a small team at work, etc?

Eduard Metzger I've got two teamspaces: one for just my own work (so this has two members: my personal and work NotePlan accounts), and another also for work which i share with another NotePlan user (so this has three members). I think your suggestion that we reference notes would be good as it replicates what is already done for other timed notes.

Chris Aves Thanks for sharing this, on another topic, we are thinking about adding a "Space Switcher", do you use Teamspaces as a way to bridge between two Apple IDs (one personal Apple ID on your phone for example, and another work Apple ID)?
Chris Aves
Eduard Metzger Yes, that's precisely what I originally used it for.
