Using Teamspace calendars with Personal calendars

I have a couple of suggestions for calendaring with Teamspaces:

If I tap on the date when viewing a Teamspace calendar, I’m directed to today’s date in my calendar. I would expect to go to today’s date in the Teamspace calendar
Is it possible to show Teamspace date entries (day, week, month) in the corresponding personal calendar entry? This allows me to see all my timed obligations in one go.
