Currently it appears there's no task and reminder / date functions in the markdown tables. In my instance, just now, I have set up a table of domains I own, and I wanted to have a column with renewal reminders. But the functions don't work in tables. I can think of plenty of other scenarios in which it would be handy to have these features in tables.
