just resurfacing this request as it has been a while. I think what I'd value most is creation date and modified date. I see that the date info is already available as you have revisions, it's just not being displayed. For myself I wouldn't mind creation and last modified date to appear as a header to notes or to appear if you scroll sort of down "past" the first header line - like Apple Notes does it - this could even be a setting, e.g. Display Creation/Modified date as note header, yes/no
This is somewhat related but the ability to sort notes on the sidebar by date would be great, I like to see my notes chronologically and given date info is already available it doesn't feel like that much of a stretch

Eduard Metzger: I think that would work perfectly. Have a tabbed right-hand sidebar which allowed you to add or remove modules like Table of Contents, Note Meta-information and the Calendar.
